Michael Notaro is a sole practitioner admitted to practice in all Californian state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of California, the California Courts of Appeals, the Superior Courts of California, and the United States District Courts in Northern California. Mr. Notaro is also admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.

Prior to opening his practice, Mr. Notaro was President of Phoenix Commercial Realty for 10 years where he was involved in the sale of over 200 Million dollars in commercial property in 193 separate transactions.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Notaro is deeply devoted to public service and giving back to the community. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Alameda and the Alameda Humane Society. In August of 2005, Michael was elected to the Board of Directors for Toastmasters International by the 220,000 members in 90 countries worldwide. He is also a popular speaker on legal, real property and motivational issues.
Mr. Notaro is a member in good standing of the Alameda County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federalist Legal Society and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
